Project Summary:
Previously, a novel GPCR known as Allatostatin C receptor of Carasius morosus has been identified in our lab and there is not so much knowledge about its Allatostatin B receptor in literature. The ultimate goal of my project is the identification of Allatostatin B receptor of the same insect using RACE method.
